All about Tressa
My counseling and coaching practice is based on the belief that your needs are of the utmost
importance and I am committed to meeting those needs. As a result, a high percentage of my business
is repeat customers and referrals.
I would welcome the opportunity to earn your trust and deliver you the best service in Christian counseling and coaching.
As a therapist and coach I am committed to providing quality professional services. For those who are interested, I assist in integrating the emotional and spiritual dimension from a Christian perspective.
My core goal is to find and instill hope and alleviate the stresses and illnesses that affect so many lives. Included are anxiety, depression, stress and seemingly unresolvable issues. I walk alongside the people just like you to help clarify the problem, discover a solution and experience a healing. Whatever your struggles, discover the fullness of God's unique purpose for you.
I received my Masters degree in Clinical Social Work at the University of New England in 1992. I have worked with individuals addressing issues of grief, loss, depression and anxiety.
In addition, I am one of the few therapists in New Hampshire who identify as a Christian therapist. I believe that faith and spirituality are very important in optimizing mental health, and I make it a priority to create an environment where clients can incorporate these aspects into treatment if they wish. However, I do not impose my religious beliefs on any client, and I welcome non-Christian clients who do or do not identify with other religious traditions. I am dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families move through the problems of life toward greater emotional and spiritual health.
