The solution is to set appropriate relationship boundaries.
If you would like to develop new skills and strategies for healthy interaction, you are invited to join this therapeutic support group dedicated to setting boundaries. Individuals and couples are welcome. The book and workbook Boundaries by Dr. Henry Cloud and Dr. John Townsend will be required for the class.

A 9 week group using Boundaries by Dr. Henry Cloud and Dr. John Townsend
In Person Group at Exeter Location – 1 Hampton Rd. Suite #303, Exeter, NH 03833
Tuesdays 7:00 pm – 8:30pm for 9 weeks beginning September 27
Led by Tressa Ryan
Cost is $45 per session (some insurances may cover).

Teleconference Group – You can participate on your own phone in the comfort of your home using a telephone bridge line that connects all class participants from any geographic location.
How does this work?
Most coaches work by telephone, eliminating geographic boundaries. Teleconferences via a bridge line provide a practical and cost effective option for groups who are meeting with a coach.
Thursday 11:00 am – 12:30 pm for 9 weeks beginning September 29

Cost is $30 per session (insurances do not cover teleconferencing).
